Stainless Steel (Inner Layer):

The inner layer, crafted from 316 stainless steel, differs from the outer layer. This premium grade of stainless steel comes into direct contact with your food, ensuring a safe and non-reactive cooking surface. In a hybrid pan, it also provides the raised ridges that protect the non-stick surface from scratches.
