Both woks feature 2.5mm thick 3-ply construction — stainless steel on the outside, aluminium core through the base and sidewalls for fast, even heating. Raised stainless steel ridges sit above the PFOA-free non-stick surface, protecting it from daily wear so the coating lasts significantly longer than traditional non-stick.
