What’s the difference between 26cm and 28cm?
Two centimetres doesn’t sound like much, but it translates to noticeably more cooking surface. The 26cm is ideal for 1–2 portion meals — eggs, omelettes, single chicken breasts. The 28cm gives you extra room for 2–3 servings and slightly larger cuts of meat or fish.
Can I use metal utensils on both pans?

Do the lids fit interchangeably?
